Membership accounts: The email address associated with a Trackman / Your Golf Booking membership account cannot currently be changed by The Nest Golf Studio once the membership account has been created.
Gift cards: Once a gift card has been sent to the nominated recipient, the recipient's email address cannot be changed by The Nest Golf Studio.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that email addresses and recipient details are correct before completing a membership purchase or scheduling/sending a gift card.
Where we are unable to make a requested correction directly, we will let you know and, where possible, provide information about the available options.
You may also contact us regarding deletion of personal information. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, transaction or other legitimate business record-keeping purposes.
