Once you’ve created a Trackman account, download the app, head to the Locations tab, find The Nest Golf Studio, and book your session. When you arrive, simply sign into your bay by scanning the QR code using the Trackman Golf App or entering your login details — it’s that simple.

Yes, members and casual users are expected to bring their own clubs. We do have a female and Male club hire set available via online bookings in advance. These cannot be added after your booking has been processed.

No — we supply all balls and tees for use in the studio. This helps keep our hitting screens clean and free from debris. Please ensure your clubs are clean before your session to avoid transferring dirt onto the screens. You are welcome to use your own ball as long as they are new and clean.

The Nest Golf Studio is a premium indoor golf training space designed for focused practice and performance improvement. We cap the number of memberships to ensure every member can enjoy consistent simulator access and a premium, focused training experience. ​ Our studio is designed for serious practice, not casual entertainment, and too many members would reduce session quality and availability. ​ Limiting memberships also allows us to maintain semi-private bays, a calm training environment, and support for each member to track and improve their performance effectively.

Once our membership cap is nearly reached, casual bookings will stop, and new memberships may be temporarily closed to protect the quality of the experience for existing members. ​ At that point: Tee Time members approaching this limit will be given the opportunity to upgrade to an Elite membership or join the waitlist. If they choose not to upgrade, their Tee Time membership may be cancelled at the end of their month. ​​ This ensures the studio remains un-crowded, focused, and premium for everyone.

Yes, children are welcome under adult supervision. ​ Memberships are intended for adults who can safely and respectfully use the facility Golfers under the age of 16 must be accompanies by a parent or guardian. Golfers under the age of 18 cannot become 24/7 members. Children must not interfere with other members’ sessions or equipment ​ Safety and respect for the training environment are essential. We do not have a liquor licence and therfore do not sell or allow alcohol on site. You are most welcome to bring in your own snacks and drinks, We also have a vending machine to purchase drinks and snacks from. We just ask that no food or drinks are brought into the bay or near the pc equipment - each bay has a side table for drinks. Alcohol, Smokes, Vapes and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or any form of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Likewise, use of the facility while under the influence of alcohol or any form of illegal substances is strictly prohibited & may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership.
